[SCIENCE MONDAY] - Aerobic exercise effectively reduces the severity and physical, mental, and social impact of fatigue due to multiple sclerosis

When comparing the effects of four common physical exercise programs on fatigue due to multiple sclerosis and on motor-functional performance, although it is not yet possible to determine the superiority of one treatment over another, aerobic training was the most effective in managing perceived fatigue and motor symptoms, followed by muscle strengthening and a combined aerobic+strength training.
