[SCIENCE MONDAY] - Functionalized nanofibers improve the detection of urinary biomarkers, enabling earlier and more accurate disease diagnosis

This study developed a biosensor based on functionalized nanofibers capable of detecting extremely low concentrations of urinary biomarkers. The high sensitivity of the system enables the identification of disease-related signals at very early stages, improving diagnostic accuracy and clinical monitoring. This technology represents a promising tool for personalized medicine and early disease detection.
